U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Jeremiah Santmyer, 148th Fighter Wing Communications Squadron, operates a communication network in the Joint Communications Platform (JCP) Aug 23, 2008 in Duluth, Minn. The JCP is one of two mobile communications platforms in Minnesota. It provides satellite uplink and downlink, telephone, radio, data, and wireless capabilities to provide command and control functions.
