Joint Communications Platforms (JCP) help in flood fight

One of Minnesota Joint Communications Platform (JCP), behind military vehicle, is deployed to Moorhead, Minn. during the Red River flooding emergency of March 2009. JCPs are critical for providing military and commercial internet access at the incident command site.
