Congressman Jim Oberstar visits 148th Fighter Wing

Colonel Frank Stokes, Wing Commander of the 148th Fighter Wing based in Duluth, MN, introduces Congressman Jim Oberstar to members of the unit scheduled to deploy to Hickam Air Force Base in Honolulu, Hawii.
