    In 2014, Staff Sgt. Jason Johnston enlisted in the 148th Fighter Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard as an Aircraft Metals Technician. In this capacity, Johnston serves a machinist and welder who fabricates and custom-makes metal components critical to the functioning of the Wing’s F-16 aircraft.
